The YouGlo character center
A place in the middle of the green heart of Uganda. A place of relaxation and tranquility, where one can take a break from all the worldly circumstances of this moment. A place to rediscover oneself, discover yourself and gain new inspiration. Whether you are a guest here as a participant in a workshop, training or retreat, as a guest or as a volunteer, the team of YouGlo welcomes you and wishes you a pleasant and inspiring stay.
The center is going to be open the entire week. Every one can stay for working on their projects.

PROGRAM PURPOSE
- Meditation, creative classes (graphics, painting, drawing), sports and music classes, travelling
- Organizing myself, presenting myself
- Active learning, working in small projects

- Breathwork and breathing exercises
- How to create a daily routine and discipline?
- Bodywork
- The natural rhytms of the body (including cooking classes where we integrate our knowledge of the human body and our own unique body)
